The Edge... There is no honest way to explain it because the only people who really know where it is are the ones who have gone over. The others- the living- are those who pushed their luck as far as ... more »

Lucy, it was great to get to learn about you and see your work on the Tailcast Show. Tea Total was wonderful. And I love your t-shirt designs. I spotlighted one on my page =)
Brilliant site...made me Giggle and go Wow!
I've popped by to wish you luck with your t-shirts!...Off to check out your website.
lovely love pic you got there :P
this battle (of the bards) moves quickly! 4 is done and onto challenge 5. You can both sign up for 5 and view results for 4 (and see how supportive everybody is):

Sorry, it's just that I'm having so much fun with this (mostly) silly poetry that I want to spread the joy... :) But I won't torture you any more if you opt out. I'd still like to read your old poems though!
{..and I'm still there :}
oh WOW
[yes I just checked your website and stinkypics.com :]
oh oh wait reversed order
I was supposed to say "Hi and welcome" first! oh well
:P
and btw LOVE your profile picture
:D
did I hear you say childish/silly? I'm in :)
and I might add to Hyla's comment check out also the group Numptie Central ...
Go to the Battle of the Bards Group
then click on "Round 3 Results Thread". Here you'll see the poems from the third challenge and you'll see how supportive everybody is!
Then see "round 4 topic challenge" and read the challenge - it is harder than round three, but looks fun! Then join up and throw your name into the challenge! (the poem can be simple: you can even write a limerick) Anyway, no pressure - it's just that this is where I wrote my first "poem" :) and I enjoyed it so much - not just writing the poem, but reading everybody else's and communicating with really nice people. Even if you don't join BotB, I know you'll find your niche(s) elsewhere else on this anyway; there's something for everybody. :)
Unlikely from a film/animation festival, as i've yet to go to one :( Though i'm hoping to rectify that! haha! I think I've just got one of those faces! :)
My sweet lordy! I think i've just worked out who you are! :D
I loved Tea Total haha!
Here's what I would do: First I would click on "main" and then "the cast" (the creators of this site); they are the heart and soul of this place and will give you a sense of what tc is all about. Then you should probably either upload some stills (it's a good way of getting noticed and hopefully people will comment on your work - and the comments are always positive!). Then, go through the groups (community, click on groups) and find out what suits you best. The groups show you when the latest activity was and some have become inactive so check that. I've found myself starting to write poetry (never did I think....) because I've been inspired by what I've read here (plus encouragement from others). If you want to try poetry for the first time, go to Battle of the Bards, and click on "challenge 4 thread" and read the challenge. Hopefully it isn't too late to join.. Most people submit humourous poetry here and it's a lot of fun! These are just my suggestions and you can follow them in any order you like, or disregard them altogether! :) This should get you off to a good start. Know that this site is based on art & community; everybody is really nice here and people will be pleased with any interaction with you! And you will be on your merry way!
