Hope the tepee is giving you some well earned rest. Your last still is absolutely amazing. I can see why you have got an itch to create given that at Naropa you mainly get to read. Once an artist always a artist, we have no choice.
Be Well and Enjoy the Day!!!
Just a reminder to myself and others.
In early Chinese Taoism, 'training' did not mean to cultivate the wildness out of oneself, but to do away with arbitrary and delusive conditioning-false social values distorting essentially free and correct human nature. -Gary Snyder, Good Wild Sacred
Beautiful stuff Meg! I'm so glad I'm able to see more of what you do. I love how colorful, intricate some of the pieces are and how they work the room! Fantastic!
I have added some of my older work. It felt really good to dig around my portfolio box and see my old life, so to speak. I miss being so involved in sculptures. I am in some bizarre transition and I miss my old ways. Lately I have even been missing the less appealing things. Thanks for giving me a place to share this part of me again. Its like looking at old year books, but much better.
Meg, Darling! I am so excited that you joined! Yee Haw! This is my first online art dibs too. Oh, I need to talk to you about your sewing machine and an idea I have for a project. Thanks for the very uplifting birthday message the other day, it truly lifted my spirits! Excited about tomorrow and I am very glad you can come! Cheers to you dear one!
